Fall Foods-the Pumpkin

Fall is my favorite time to cook. It's not super hot in the kitchen, and you can roast and bake all sorts of yummy foods.
I decided to make my social media debut by roasting a pumpkin and making some seeds and puree for a pumpkin bread and baby food for my babe.

Pumpkins are great-full of fiber, full of Vitamin A, good for your immune system, an antioxidant and they taste really good!
